Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CET) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day. Once your order is ready for shipment, the customer will receive a notification email with tracking information.

Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details within three (3) business days after placing the order.
1.3 Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and logistical factors. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Europe: five (5) to twelve (12) days.
- United States of America: four (4) to twelve (12) days.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

- The order number.
- Photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy.
A replacement will be sent free of charge.
