1. Return Period and Conditions
1.1 Return Period
Customers have the right to request a return within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order. Returns submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
1.2 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, and in its original condition.
- Have the original tags and packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be processed.
2. Costs and Procedure
2.1 Return Costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return costs vary, depending on the shipping location and package size. Customers are advised to consider these costs beforehand and contact us if they require further assistance.
2.2 Return Request and Approval
Return requests can be submitted via info@one-street.com.
Once approved, the customer will receive the return address and detailed shipping instructions.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
2.3 Processing Time
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we'll inspect it and, if approved, process your refund within seven (7) business days.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
3.1 Reporting Damage or Defects
Upon receiving the order, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we advise the customer to contact us promptly via info@one-street.com, providing:
- The order number.
- Photographic evidence of the damage or issue.
A replacement product will be sent free of charge.
4. Exchanges
4.1 Exchange Conditions
Customers may request an exchange within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order.
4.2 Costs and Shipping
- The replacement item will be shipped free of charge.
- Return shipping costs for the original item remain the customer’s responsibility.
No restocking fees will be charged.
